This vehicle is built on a King Long chassis and is equipped with a 60-degree lithium battery. The overall appearance is simple and elegant, with a fresh and bright color combination. The two sides of the vehicle are painted with exquisite public welfare promotional patterns, conveying the public welfare concept of voluntary blood donation, attracting the attention of passers-by and becoming a beautiful sight in the city. The vehicle body is also equipped with an LED advertising screen to promote some knowledge related to voluntary blood donation.
The interior of the entire vehicle is custom-made with moisture-proof and moth-proof aluminum alloy furniture, and the wear-resistant and anti-slip quartz sand floor leather, which can effectively ensure the safety of the blood donation environment. The interior space is spacious and comfortable. The interior space has been carefully planned and divided into multiple functional areas, including registration area, initial screening and physical examination area, blood collection area, rest area, heat sealing and centrifugation area, storage area, etc. The zoning is clear, the layout is scientific, the process is smooth, and the risk of cross-infection is reduced.
The blood collection area is the core zone of the blood collection vehicle, equipped with two blood collection platforms and four large commercial electric blood collection chairs, which can meet the needs of multiple people for blood collection at the same time. The blood collection chairs can be adjusted forward and backward, with leg rests and backrests, providing a comfortable experience for blood donors. There is a UV disinfection lamp installed above the blood collection site, which can comprehensively ensure the hygiene and safety of the blood collection site, making blood donors feel more at ease.
The vehicle is equipped with comfortable sofa seats, wall-mounted disinfection machines, microwave ovens, household refrigerators, water dispensers and other facilities, providing all-round care for blood donors.
The entire vehicle is equipped with a 6-horsepower one-to-four electric air conditioning system for both heating and cooling. The outdoor unit only requires one installation position, and the interior is fitted with four duct air conditioners. The air distribution is uniform, and the air volume at the air outlets can be freely adjusted, making it very convenient and practical. This not only saves the space used in the luggage compartment at the bottom of the carriage, but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the interior. The entire vehicle is equipped with bullet train curtains that can be pulled and stopped immediately. The patterns on the curtains can be customized according to customer requirements.
