We have also taken advantage of the light of the bus factory to modify the exported vehicles. At the beginning of the year, we undertook a special order to meet the customer's requirements for large passenger capacity and economic practicality. Drawing on the products of the customer's location, we designed and produced this semi-trailer bus.
The current fashion trend is retro, and the design process of our car is also the most traditional type, completely handmade, without fancy accessories or high-end intelligent devices. It features a practical and sturdy manual folding door, multi-stage stainless steel steps (the last step can be folded), eye-catching guardrail handrails, hard to break plastic bus seats, and a large luggage compartment outside the car. Does it feel like traveling back to the old times.
The chassis is made of Hercules finished products, equipped with BPW12 ton axles, 4 315/80R22.5 tires on the axles, with air suspension, two Jost linkage legs at the front end, 50 # traction pin at the bottom of the front end, and air brake system. The interior lighting and ventilation system can be connected to the front of the car for unified control.
The body is welded with square tube skeleton and made of carbon steel skin. The exterior dimensions of the carriage are 12400 * 2550 * 3500mm. The interior is made of carbon crystal plate and stainless steel patterned plate flooring, which has anti-corrosion and wear-resistant characteristics. The car has a 3+2 seat layout, with a maximum capacity of 76 passengers, and each seat is equipped with an independent seat belt. People's impression of the African region may be very hot, and I only found out through the production of this car that it is not entirely true. It is said that the temperature in the customer's location is only around 20 degrees Celsius throughout the year, so there is no air conditioning system in this car. Instead, each window is equipped with a sliding window for ventilation and air exchange, ensuring that the temperature inside the car is suitable. This design can also better enjoy the natural scenery!
